All rates are based upon double occupancy. House minimum prices may apply at less than double occupancy.

A large group clean-up fee of 2% is applied to all groups over 15. This fee was implemented in 2023 at the request of group leaders to avoid trying to collect small fees for damages and missing items after the fact. Mountain Top reserves the right to collect for damages that exceed this amount.

Lodge

Conference Room and Kitchen

The lodge is available for rent to groups using our overnight accommodations. The conference room seats 60 people comfortably. The kitchen has a commercial refrigerator, stand-alone freezer, two ovens, two microwaves, and all the cutlery and cookware needed for a group that size.

Since 1988, Mountain Top Retreat has been able to offer a 15% discount off of daily rates and a 5% discount off our long term rates to full-time Christian ministry workers and their immediate dependants. We are able to offer these services below our cost due to donations from our supporters.
